Suncross Foundation provides adult outpatient substance use disorder services in Fresno in a supportive, respectful, and nonjudgmental setting.
Services may include individualized assessments, intensive outpatient programming, outpatient counseling, individual and group sessions, telehealth, harm-reduction education, and recovery support. Medication treatment may be considered when a qualified healthcare provider determines it is appropriate.
We work with each participant to understand their circumstances, strengths, needs, and goals before recommending appropriate next steps. People may seek services voluntarily, through a court or probation requirement, while helping a family member, or while continuing recovery after another program.

Adult Outpatient Services
Outpatient Group and Individual Counseling
Individual and group counseling can help adults build coping skills, recognize patterns, strengthen support systems, and work toward treatment goals. Court- or probation-referred participants can discuss applicable documentation and program requirements during intake.
Assessment Services
Our assessment process reviews substance use history, current concerns, strengths, safety needs, and personal goals. The information helps determine appropriate outpatient treatment and support options.
Medication Treatment Support
Medication treatment may be part of care when a qualified healthcare provider determines it is appropriate. Medication is commonly combined with counseling and recovery support.
Harm Reduction and Drug Education
Adult harm-reduction education provides practical information about overdose risk, naloxone, safer choices, and ways to reduce immediate harm while supporting longer-term recovery goals.
